Last year, this kid Kevin & I used to flirt. Now that I'm at a different school, I don't see him much, but he's always in the back of my mind.

I can't stop thinking about him, but I barely see him. What do I do?

Dear Nicole,

Well, there's no point in getting all angsty about it. If you like a guy but you hardly ever see him, you've got to get proactive - as in, the opposite of sitting around on your butt. So get out there and make it happen.

Reach out to him any way you want - you know, like, calling, texting or IM-ing. After chatting for a while, be the one to take it to the next level by inviting him to hang out.

I know, I know - this stuff is scary, but don't chicken out. Look at it this way: even if it goes bad, at least it's better than doing nothing.
